A few things worth knowing that might answer your questions immediately:

Lead Times: Most commissions take three to eight weeks, depending on complexity and our current queue. We don't rush work to meet artificial deadlines. If you need something by a specific date, mention this early so we can honestly assess feasibility.

Pricing: The prices listed on our services page represent starting points for standard items. Custom specifications, unusual materials, or complex designs affect final cost. We provide detailed quotes before beginning any work.

Deposits: We require a deposit for all commissions. This covers initial material costs and reserves your spot in our production schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.

Repairs and Restoration: We repair our own work free of charge if defects result from our craftsmanship rather than normal wear. For pieces made elsewhere, we evaluate repair feasibility on a case-by-case basis.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders: We occasionally work with shops and galleries but maintain strict limits on volume to preserve quality. Wholesale inquiries should include details about your business and intended order size.

Workshop Visits: Yes, you can visit during listed hours without appointment. Most days you'll find multiple artisans working. We're happy to pause for conversation, though during intricate processes we may ask you to wait a few minutes until we reach a stopping point.
